750 gms. Semolina
2 coconuts
1 bottle coconut toddy
Salt to taste (1 level tbspn)
Sugar (optional, only if you want sweet ones) – 2 tbspns
Method:
- Grate the coconut taking care to avoid the shell.
- Coarsely grind the grated coconut.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Put in idli containers or little bowls and steam.
- Serve as a snack or serve with Sorpotel.
