Chicken 65

Chicken 65 is one of the most popular chicken recipes in our family. Everybody loves it.
Chicken 65
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken
A few strands of Kesari (optional)
Ginger garlic paste 
Green chilli paste
Salt to taste
½ tspn red chilli powder
A pinch of pepper powder (6 small pepper corns)
Cornflour
1 Egg

Method:
  • Cut the boneless chicken into about 1" pieces.
  • Deep fry chicken pieces and keep aside. 
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add 5-6 red whole chillies and fry. 
  • Add curry leaves and fry. 
  • Add finely cut ginger and garlic.
  • Add tomato and chilli sauce or sweet and hot sauce.
  • Add a little water and let it boil.
  • Add chicken, let it soak for a few minutes on slow fire.
  • If the gravy is thin, add a little cornflour mixed in cold water.
