How to make a cheese cake
Ingredients:
1 big roll of Marie biscuits
1 tin condensed milk (400 gms)
1 small carton milk cream
juice of 8 small lemons

1 tin condensed milk (400 gms)
1 small carton milk cream
juice of 8 small lemons

Method:
- Spread a little butter into the serving dish. (This step is optional and may be omitted if you are watching those calories)
- Add the biscuits crushed by hand or you can also turn them into powder by putting them into a food processor. Keep aside.
- Whip the condensed milk and milk cream until the mixture it is thick.
- Add the juice of the lemons to it.
- Continue whipping till it thickens further.
- Divide this mixture in half.
- Pour half onto the powdered biscuits and mix well so that there is no dry stuff visible.
- Add more of the whipped mix if required.
- Pour the rest of the whipped mix into the bowl so that you get a smooth finish at the top.
- Decorate with cherries.
- Refrigerate for a few hours.
- Serve cold.
