Ganbia Pollio (Baby Prawn Cakes)


Ganbia Pollio (Baby Prawn Cakes) are a unique treat which is not very commonly served even in Goa. They can be used as a snack and also as a side-dish.
 
Ganbia Pollio (Baby Prawn Cakes)















Ingredients:
3 cups ganbo (baby prawns)
4 onions
2 green chillies
1/2 tspn magic masala
2 eggs
Corriander leaves
1 tbspn olive oil
1 tbspn vinegar
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method:
  • Cut the onions and green chillies fine.

  • Add the chopped corriander leaves.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and mix with a whisk.

  •  Shallow fry by ladling out spoonfuls onto a non-stick griddle.

  • Drain on kitchen paper.
