My recently posted healthy carrot cake recipe called for apple sauce. Since I did not have any I decided to make my own apple sauce by using some tips from the Net.

Ingredients:
2 apples
Method:
- Peel and chop the apples into fine bits.
- Boil with little water on simmer till cooked.
- Liquidise.
