Beef mince is used in a lot of my recipes so here's a basic recipe to cook beef mince. Use it to make potato chops, beef cutlets or beef patties.
Ingredients:
½ kg beef mince
2 onions, cut fine
1 teaspn magic masala
2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
1 teaspn salt
1 teaspn sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 green chillies, chopped fine
a few corriander leaves, chopped fine
1 to 2 tbspns oil

Method:
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the onion.
- Put together all the remaining ingredients except corriander leaves.
- Mix and add to the fried onion.
- Close the pressure cooker and cook on simmer for 15 minutes after the first whistle.
- Let off steam and open the pressure cooker. Evaporate the liquid if any.
- Garnish with chopped corriander leaves.
