    Cauliflower Bafad

Cauliflower bafad is one of my favourites when it comes to bafad. I have already shown you how to make the bottle gourd or konkon dudi bafad as well as the long green bean or vaal bafad. Since the basic recipe for bafad is already available on this recipe blog, I will just refer to my earlier bafad recipes and you can just substitute the main vegetable there with a medium sized cauliflower for your cauliflower bafad.

Today I made bafad of long green beans which are known as irvilhas in Portuguese and vaal in Konkani so you can call this recipe vaal bafad or Irvilhas bafad as well.
