Long green beans Bafad

Bafad can be made from a lot of different vegetables like cauliflower, gerkins, long green beans, radish, brinjal and bottle gourd. Today I made bafad of long green beans which are known as irvilhas in Portuguese and vaal in Konkani so you can call this recipe vaal bafad or Irvilhas bafad as well.
Recipe for vaal bafad
