Beef Cutlets

These beef cutlets are a real treat. Serve them with a salad or put them in a Goan pao or flat bread and enjoy! My late paternal aunt used to make these and this is her beef cutlet recipe. When I first started working most of the family including my mum went on holiday so I had gone to her for advice on how to make beef cutlets.

  1. Hi. What do you mean by perpendicular to the threads.

    1. If the threads in the meat run west to east, then you should slice it north to south. Hope it is clear. :)
