Squids or calamari are one of the seafood delicacies that one finds in sunny Goa. Although squids can be prepared in various other ways, the typical and most popular Goan recipe is the stuffed squids.
Ingredients:
12 squids / calamari
3 onions
3 tbspns oil
3 tbspns Recheado Masala

Method:
- Clean and wash the squids well.
- Chop the tentacles into fine pieces.
- Heat two tbspns oil and fry the onion it.
- Add the Recheado Masala and fry for another 2 minutes or so on slow fire. Let it cool.
- Next, stuff the squids and close the mouth using a toothpick.
- Heat 1 tbspn of oil in a non-stick pan and place the stuffed squids in it. Cook covered on slow fire until tender.
